Plot booking is confirmed only after receipt of token amount ₹51,000 / ₹1,00,000 and system-generated confirmation.
Booking of specific plots is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
The token amount paid is part of the total plot value and will be adjusted during final registration.
The full payment schedule and registration details will be shared separately via official communication.
Any misuse, fraudulent booking, or providing false information will result in cancellation without refund and possible legal action.
Layout or plot numbers may be subject to updates due to legal or administrative reasons. We will inform you in such cases and offer equivalent alternatives or full refund.
All transactions are subject to applicable real estate laws and regulations of India and the state of Gujarat.
As this is a real estate plot booking website, “delivery” refers to confirmation of booking and plot allotment documentation.
Upon successful payment of the ₹51,000 / ₹1,00,000 token amount, customers will receive a Booking Confirmation Email/SMS within 24 hours.
This confirmation will include plot number (if selected), location details, and booking reference number.
After confirmation, a Booking Agreement / Allotment Letter will be issued digitally or in-person (based on customer preference).
Complete documentation and legal process will follow as per standard plot registration procedures.
As this is a real estate booking, there is no physical product shipping involved.
All relevant communication and documentation will be handled digitally or in-person as required.
Customers may request a site visit after booking. Site visits are subject to scheduling availability and are optional.
